PJG was founded by Paul Grevy, whose career has been built on service, leadership, and protecting others. As a father of six, Paul has always believed in hard work, responsibility, and leading by example. Paul served in the United States Marine Corps, deploying to Iraq where he learned the importance of discipline, preparation, and teamwork under pressure. After his military service, he became a New York City Police Officer before continuing his career in public safety with the Philadelphia Fire Department, where he now serves as a Battalion Chief. The same principles that have guided Paul throughout his career are the foundation of PJG. Whether responding to an emergency or preparing for a winter storm, success comes from planning ahead, staying disciplined, communicating clearly, and delivering when it matters most.
